Role Reports to:Head – Strategic Initiatives  
Geographical Scope of the Role – Location:Global
Percentage of travel required: 10%  
Shift Timings:3:00 pm to 12:00 am/ 4:30 pm to 1:30 am

Job Overview

This individual will be responsible to lead & support strategic initiatives – projects for Global Shared Services. He/she will be responsible to provide facilitation and administrative support for on-time project delivery in a consistent and standardized manner within scope and within budget for various locations. He/she will be also responsible for Tracking, Reporting, and Communications of all the projects. This individual would be reporting to Head – Strategic Initiatives.

 

Core Responsibilities (70% time)

  • Formulate, organize and monitor projects 
  • Support GSS wide projects and other Leaders in executing Service Excellence Strategy
  • Coordinate project activities 
  • Develop project plan and objectives per requirement & ensuring feasibility for projects
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities 
  • Apply change, risk and resource management 
  • Assume responsibility for the project timeline 
  • Report and escalate project issues to management as needed
  • Establish and manage the relationship with the client and all project stakeholders
  • Quality, risk, and scheduling management including planning, base lining, and regular reporting
  • Integration management including analysis, design, prototyping, optimization and Dashboard management
  • Prepare and present relevant reports to management
  • Prepare and maintain project charter
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Other responsibilities (30% time)

  • Identify, initiate, & implement process improvement ideas.
  • Leverage Continuous Improvement tools or mindset to identify recurring issues & work towards Institutional Solution
Qualifications

Preferred Degree: Bachelors Finance

Required Professional Certifications: PMP/Any Project Management Certifications
