Overview & Responsibilities

The In-Context Experimentation Strategist (Sr ITQ Scientist – ICE) will facilitate cross functional teams through in-context /real world learning within the Consumer First Design Process.  This role will experiment with new techniques and technologies to enhance teams’ ability to build empathy and uncover actionable insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own learning plan recommendations & creation
  • Identify strategic or tactical pivots
  • Lead in-field experimentation
  • Synthesize learnings into insights
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 2 years related experience
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Influence and lead as the subject matter expert on cross-functional business teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven business partnering skills with Consumer Insights, Marketing, Research & Development and other key functions
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to multiple situations
  • Confident leadership presence
  • Curiosity and learning mindset
  • Strong insight development

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration and influence skills
  • Facilitation skills (will receive external training)
  • Consumer First Design principles development
  • Insights synthesis and storytelling
  • Custom primary research methodology expertise
  • Quantitative data analysis via extended in-market experimentation
